Service Welcome to Regal KIA's Service Department. Service is what we do best because we believe above all else this brings you back into the dealership for your future motoring needs. Our friendly Staff and Factory trained technicians ensure we carry out the Service with minimal fuss. We only use the latest state of the art equipment as specified by the Manufacturer including the latest Diagnostic machines, which in many cases are linked via Internet to the factory to update your vehicles computer with the very latest specifications. These systems are not available outside of Franchised Dealers. We have a strong commitment to training with many of our technicians travelling to all parts of the country to make sure they are up to date with the many advances being made today. All general services are completed under manufacturers recommendations using genuine parts. Loan Cars are available but need to be pre-booked and are at a very reasonable cost of $28 per day. If you require a lift then again this service is available with staff members only to happy to take to work, home or nearby shops. Tea and Coffee facilities are available if you wish to wait in our Customer Lounge Area. It's a peace-of-mind promise that continues long after the original date of purchase. All Kia are backed by the confidence of Kia's Unlimited Kilometre 5 Year Warranty. Commercial, fleet, government and rental vehicle purchases are backed by Kia's 5 Year/130,000km Warranty (whichever comes first). Should the vehicle be sold prior to the end of five years, any remaining warranty is fully transferable to a new owner, further enhancing its value. Kia warrants that your new vehicle is covered against defects in material and workmanship, subject to terms and conditions. This means an authorised Kia servicing dealer will make all necessary repairs to correct any warrantable concern covered by Kia’s new vehicle warranty, without charge to you. All Kia approved parts and accessories fitted prior to, or at time of delivery of a new Kia vehicle will be covered by the same warranty applying to that vehicle. If installed after retail sale, accessories are covered for the remainder of the warranty or 12 months, whichever is the greater (except for the Kia Soul body graphics which are covered by a 24-month warranty).
